Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Mispar 1 LLC holds an active New York City general contractor license (#623319) and carries insurance. We provide certificates of insurance to your building or landlord on request.
Do you handle permits and building approvals?
Yes. We coordinate DOB filings with your architect or expediter when a project requires them, and handle co-op and condo alteration agreements, insurance certificates and building work rules.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Brooklyn and work across all five boroughs, plus Long Island, Westchester and Rockland County.
Do you do both residential and commercial work?
Yes. We renovate apartments, houses, brownstones and multi-family buildings, and we build out offices, retail spaces, restaurants and professional suites.
